Shannon Isaacson Escobar, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 25 years of clinical experience in family medicine, urgent care, occupational health, geriatrics, primary care, and functional health.
Her work is rooted in a whole-person, trauma-informed approach that helps women understand the deeper patterns behind stress, burnout, hormonal change, and chronic overwhelm.
Shannon believes people need more than symptom management — they need time, education, emotional safety, and a realistic path back to sustainable health.
Originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Shannon earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Michigan Technological University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Central Michigan University.
She began in family practice, where caring for people across the lifespan gave her a deep understanding of prevention, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and long-term health. After years in acute settings — including urgent/emergent care and occupational health — she returned to primary care and developed a deeper interest in Functional Medicine and root-cause support.
At Hybrid Health, Shannon brings clinical experience, functional health principles, trauma-informed care, and whole-person education together to help women understand the patterns behind stress, burnout, hormonal change, chronic overwhelm, and nervous system imbalance.

This gave me a clear place to begin.
Let’s take the first step together.
